Pristine Ridge Homes is a brand of BackHome Developments Co. Inc., a company registered in Guyana and based in Georgetown. In this policy, “we” means Pristine Ridge Homes.
When you apply through our website we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, how you would like us to contact you, and your answers about your budget, funding, land and the home you are interested in. If you contact us another way, we keep what you send us.
Our website also records basic usage information, such as which pages were visited, through Google Analytics.
We use your information to read and respond to your application, contact you about it, arrange calls and site assessments, and keep you updated on your build. If you agreed to it, we may also send occasional updates about our homes. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to building with us.
If you choose text message or WhatsApp as your contact method, you agree to receive messages from Pristine Ridge Homes about your application, and occasional updates about our homes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. On WhatsApp, reply STOP or tell us you no longer want messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging and WhatsApp opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of services to run our business, and they handle information only on our behalf: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which holds our contact records and sends our emails, texts and WhatsApp messages; Meta, which delivers WhatsApp messages; SiteGround, which hosts this website; and Google Analytics. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep your information while we are discussing or building your home, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop hearing from us at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us.
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so the information you send through our forms is protected in transit. Your information is stored with the service providers listed above, each of which runs its own security controls, and access is limited to the people at Pristine Ridge Homes who need it to handle your application.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. No system is completely secure, but if a problem ever affected your information, we would tell you as the law requires.
